The Jane Mackinnon School of Dance presented the school show on the theme of The Marvellous Mary Poppins at The Point in Eastleigh on 20th, 21st and 22nd May 2005. Matinees were at 2pm and Evening performances at 7pm.
Unlike other nannies, Mary Poppins makes most ordinary events extraordinary. She slides up banisters, pulls all manner of wonders out of her empty carpetbag, and flies on her magic umbrella. Who else can lead the children on one magical adventure after another and still gently tuck them in at the end of the day.
When Mary Poppins is about, her young charges can never tell where the real world merges into make-believe.
